Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bukit Raja for an Assistant Manager, Operations Performance Management at CARSOME. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for analyzing performance data, developing and executing performance management initiatives, training team members, and managing budgets. Daily tasks include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting performance reviews, implementing improvement plans, and ensuring operations meet budgetary goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Performance Management experience
• Excellent Communication skills and Training experience
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Bukit Raja
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
