About the role

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. is seeking talented Intern - Quality Engineers to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan Negeri Sembilan. As an Intern - Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in our Engineering operations, contributing to the strategic goals of the company. This is a full-time position offering valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing and learning

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Learn to ensure all fasteners comply with aerospace requirements.
Learn to develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria.
Learn to conduct First Article Inspections and oversee Production Part Approval Process documentation.
Learn to ensure compliance with regulatory and OEM specifications

Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions

Learn root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

Learn to conduct 8D problem-solving, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to reduce defects.

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program or equivalent, final-year preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically

Basic knowledge in CMM software and other engineering tools

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eager to learn, proactive, and driven to improve

Positive attitude, high energy, and a sense of responsibility

Available for a minimum of 10 weeks / 3months internship placement

Monthly internship allowance and lunch meal. Hands-on training and involvement in real aviation / aerospace manufacturing. Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the aviation / aerospace fasteners manufacturing industry. Exposure to multiple functional departments. Potential opportunity for full-time placement (based on performance and availability).
