ProGrad is our accelerated career development programme designed to equip talented young graduates to become future business leaders.

Duration : ProGrad is a 24 months program

Area / Scope : You have the option of joining either in the area of manufacturing, technical or commercial / office support.

Job Rotations : You will be rotated to various departments in the 1st year. And in the second year, you will be placed in the department that you are most suitable in.
