Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role that combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of managing digital marketing initiatives from conception to completion. You will work closely with our CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn management and digital transformation for a project, and support various operational tasks to drive business growth.

Overview

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Salary range : MYR3,800.00–MYR5,500.00 (range provided by Randstad Malaysia; actual pay based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute our social media strategy, with a primary focus on content creation, scheduling, and engagement on LinkedIn.
• Develop, implement, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to set up meetings and sales appointments.
• Research industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, and assist with logistical coordination.
• Provide high-level marketing support to the CEO, including managing communications, presentations, and other ad-hoc marketing-related tasks.
