Your Scope of work

  • Support Singapore Market for Technology / Engineering Job hiring requirements.
  • Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and profile to clients
  • Manage candidates’ expectation by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks till closure of the cases
  • Ownership of sales pipelines and weekly sales reports

    • The Ideal Candidate

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Prior experience in telesales, engineering or technology is a plus
  • Self-driven, Positive Attitude, Resilience to change
  • Financially driven and passionate about recruitment
