Join us as Car Rental Operation Crew : Deliver excellent service, maintain our vehicles, and ensure smooth rental experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Check daily / weekly reservation schedules; prepare vehicles in advance for deliveries or pick-ups.
  • Monitor idle fleet : park properly, maintain cleanliness, and ensure readiness for use.
  • Organize vehicle parking so it's safe, tidy, and vehicles are easily accessed and delivered.
  • Prepare vehicles for rentals : clean inside & out, fuel levels, safety checks (tyres, lights, etc.), ensure all required documents / stickers are present.
  • Support customer handovers and returns : ensure timing is respected, address issues politely & professionally.
  • Transfer vehicles between branches / locations as needed, ensuring condition and documentation during transfers.
  • Perform daily checklists on idle vehicles and post-return inspections; report any damage or irregularities.
  • Ensure vehicles are routinely sent for PUSPAKOM inspections and all required documentation and certificates are valid.
  • Maintain health & safety / security : lock vehicles securely, store keys safely, assist in emergencies, and follow safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum SPM / Pre-U; Certificate in technical or related field is a plus.
  • At least 20 years old.
  • Valid Malaysian driving licence, with minimum 2 years driving experience and good driving record.
  • Basic English communication; other languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable using apps like Waze, Google Maps, Dropbox, ability to read / analyse maps.
  • Basic PC skills & Microsoft Office.
  • Good customer service skills; ability to engage with clients politely.
  • Experience in basic automotive troubleshooting is an added advantage.
  • Basic awareness of PUSPAKOM inspection requirements (periodic vehicle inspection) and regulatory compliance is an added advantage.
