Penerangan pekerjaanCompile and provide all KPIs and reports related to MBTMY Car EOO performance. Coordinate cross-functional projects with strategic relevance across MBTMY Car EOO and Home of Tech Car EOO. Monitor progress of priorities / projects and target agreements for MBTMY Car EOO. Prepare, organize, and facilitate MBTMY Car EOO events, presentations, and meetings at Head of Department level. Coordinate and provide internal media material for newsletters and internal communication channels. Support budget planning and monitor spending during the period. Enhance strategic communication by crafting compelling narratives and executive-level presentations for leadership team. Develop dashboards and visual reports using advanced tools (Power BI, Tableau) for storytelling and decision‑making. Act as liaison between PMO and leadership team; facilitate workshops and portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives. Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project management roles, preferably in automotive or technology sectors. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Strong understanding of governance frameworks and strategic planning. Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). PMP or Agile certifications are an advantage. Frequent interaction with MBTMY Heads of Department, Managers, Corporate Functions, Communications, and Home of Tech teams. Direct engagement with leadership team for strategic reviews and decision‑making support.
