Logistics Operations Executive

ALJADEED GROUP SDN BHD (Malaysia) is part of the ALJADEED ENTERPRISE group headquartered in Singapore. The Group is actively engaged in international trade, containerised logistics, and export–import operations across Asia.

To strengthen our operational efficiency, we are seeking a competent individual to oversee and coordinate logistics operations in Malaysia in support of our Singapore-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate container shipment handling between Malaysia and Singapore, including export documentation and customs liaison.

Plan and monitor logistics costs, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.

Communicate with shipping lines, transporters, and port authorities to ensure seamless operations.

Track shipment status, resolve operational delays, and prepare logistics reports for management.

Support cost optimisation and compliance with international trade procedures.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding operations.

Good knowledge of containerised shipment processes and cross-border logistics.

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Malay and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.

Able to work independently while liaising closely with the Singapore head office.
