Business Development Officer

Duties & Responsibilities :

Source and procure new products to meet cost, quality and delivery targets.

Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and provide timely advice to internal teams.

Identify segment opportunities for enhancing the business development and increase sales revenue for the brand.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies and supplier developments.

Analyze supplier costs and support cost-reduction initiatives.

Prepare reports and cost analyzes to support procurement decisions.

Worked closely with related teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.

Other ad hoc duties as per assigned & sales related support from time to time.

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

At least 2 years' business experience in the field of skin care / baby care / personal care and preferably familiar with FMCG categories.

Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English; ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is essential.

Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Strategic thinking, proactive, self-motivated, creative and be a team player.

• Good strategic thinking with proven record in business development management.
