• Citi’s Issuer & Investor Services Operations, supports our clients’ business by drawing on the strength of our unmatched global footprint, which provides them with access to local expertise and scalable solutions to support their ambitions.We’re currently looking for a high caliber project professional to join our team as Senior Program Manager in Fund Operations Change (part of Investor Services) - consolidated function across Middle Office, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency. Senior Program Manager is accountable for management and delivery of Fund Operations components of complex portfolio of projects. Book of work may include global and regional (APAC) Technology-related and internal transformation initiatives, as well as mandatory, regulatory or client projects. Role includes high level of exposure to clients, Product, Technology and Operations’ senior stakeholders. Additionally - role holder will act as Funds Change site lead for our Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia footprint.
• In this role, you’re expected to :
• Manage and drive day-to-day delivery of multiple programs, incl. planning, monitoring, control and executing to milestones and budget.
• Train / manage / develop Change professionals within site and wider Change structure
• Manage stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships with each.
• Drive adherence to global project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery, and leverage across the managed portfolio.
• Ensure Kuala Lumpur Change staff / site compliance with applicable laws, regulations and Citi policies; including adherence with Citi program and project management procedures and guidelines.
• Active engagement in site strategy initiatives and its promotion within stakeholders
• As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure :
• At least 10 years relevant project / program management experience, preferred experience in running large programs of work for Funds Services or Investor / Securities Services
• Operations, Technology or Product experience & expertise in Funds Services and specifically areas like Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in leading and developing project teams / professionals through dynamic growth and delivering saves, planning capacity
• Extensive relationship building, influuence and stakeholder management skills
• Executive presence; ability to have voice heard
• Good working knowledge of : project methodologies and tools, MS Project, MS Excel and PowerPointThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
