Asset Manager - Korean speakers

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary : RM 10,000 - RM11,000

Work Hours : Mon–Fri (8am – 5pm or 9am – 6pm)

Education : Diploma and above

Asset Manager - Korean speaker

Minimum Requirements

  • Proficient to use Excel
  • At least 1 year of related field experience
  • SME working experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Asset Management services for multiple Cisco customers.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, partners, and internal Cisco stakeholders.
  • Manage, track, report, and resolve issues related to customers' Cisco IB data.
  • Support customers in managing the lifecycle of HW and SW assets to mitigate risks, optimize TCO, and improve customer experience.
  • Onboard new customers and reconcile IB data from various sources.
  • Identify discrepancies and manage MACD activities.
  • Provide ongoing IB maintenance support and collaborate cross-functionally.

    • Required Skills

  • Interpret large raw data sets; conduct data analysis and audits with a high level of Excel mastery.
  • Develop and lead execution of action plans to update client databases with improved IB data; ability to work with client tools and databases.
  • Lead client calls, participate in quarterly business reviews, and conduct on-site visits; excellent communication skills, bold, assertive, and ownership of accounts / customers.
  • Produce reports for Customers, Account Teams, and other stakeholders using Excel, Power BI (desired), and other dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco's business model, product portfolio, and GTM strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivots, formulas) and experience with data analysis.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
