Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling incoming calls by answering, screening and forwarding them, while providing basic information as needed.
  • To welcome all guest and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Maintain security by following procedures.
  • Received and sort daily mail, deliveries and couriers.
  • Manage employee uniforms, office supplies, documents, and filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls and courier services.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings & interview , appointments, and office maintenance.
  • Handle office management including license application / renewal.
  • Help in organizing HR activities, such as employee engagement events and training sessions.
  • Other assigned duties are required..

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must posses at least Certificate and above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
  • Independent and result oriented with good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
  • Highly responsible & dynamic.
  • Station at reception counter.
  • Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate

    Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
