Overview
Huawei APAC Wireless Solution Sales Product Engineer / Manager : Drive the sales of wireless solutions across antennas, microwave, energy, and Distributed Indoor Systems (DIS), including strategy formulation and capability incubation, to support project growth throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Conduct market insight and competitive analysis within the wireless domain (antennas, microwave, energy, and DIS), identify new opportunities for market expansion, influence industry standards, and support or organize high-level industry summits. Coordinate and manage regional project operations, acting as the key interface between headquarters and country offices. Provide end-to-end project support—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales of wireless solutions across antennas, microwave, energy, and Distributed Indoor Systems (DIS), including strategy formulation and capability incubation, to support project growth throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
- Conduct market insight and competitive analysis within the wireless domain (antennas, microwave, energy, and DIS), identify new opportunities for market expansion, influence industry standards, and support or organize high-level industry summits.
- Coordinate and manage regional project operations, acting as the key interface between headquarters and country offices. Provide end-to-end project support—from planning and execution to delivery—ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree or above in ICT-related fields such as Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, etc.1–2 years of relevant experience in wireless networks, antennas, microwave, energy, or DIS planning and deployment is preferred.Strong technical understanding of wireless network infrastructure and mobile telecommunication solutions.Familiarity with Huawei and / or other major vendors\' wireless, antenna, microwave, energy, and DIS products is an advantage.Good knowledge of the ICT industry landscape, market dynamics, and emerging technology trends.Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Confident presenter with effective interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.Self-motivated team player with strong project management abilities; results-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.What we offer
