Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bayan Lepas for a Senior Product Engineer. The Senior Product Engineer will lead product design and development efforts, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and implement Research and Development (R&D) strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing product specifications, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating on continuous product improvements to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Engineering.
• Strong Analytical Skills for product evaluation and problem‑solving
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, highly regulated industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with relevant experience
• Knowledge of industry‑specific regulatory frameworks is an advantage
