  • Requires strong sense of responsibility and time management.
  • To develop good communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers and the related parties, in order to complete the provided tasks / projects.
  • To seek new markets from currently available networks or other potential customers, in order to expand the customer range.
  • To analyses the market and potential customer, adjust sales strategies / tactics to attain new sales accounts.
  • To continuously develop sales tactics and product knowledge etc to increase sales success rates.
  • To submit program reports and sales reports (such as daily customer-call reports, weekly work plan and Monthly / Yearly Sales Coverage Report) to the top management.
  • To reply to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensure smooth transition on order processing, information provision, managing customer needs, quotations, sales follow-ups, develop first-articles, verifying samples, verifying sales orders, ordering customer's product moulds, assist in production planning, delivery, payment collection and other processes.
