- Real-time Reporting of Sustainability KPIs
Featuring a modular system architecture, ENX Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new developments, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for existing offices and warehouses. It integrates seamlessly with legacy BMS infrastructure. Our customers have achieved up to 40% reduction in energy consumption.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Closing : Engage with prospective clients (building owners and facility management teams) to understand their technical requirements, sustainability goals and budget constraints. Identify key decision makers and their objectives. Work with Design Engineering team to scope and update project proposals. Present project proposals, highlighting benefits, technical capabilities and how it meets client objectives. Negotiate on technical requirements and commercial terms. Close orders and hand over to Field Engineering team for project implementation. Update progress throughout pre-sales and closing using CRM software.Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with building owners and facility management teams. Generate leads for upselling and future projects. Secure contracts from existing clients for SaaS renewals.Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience, ideally in building services, smart building technologies, or enterprise software.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Technically inclined, self-motivated, and highly organised with attention to detail.Willingness to travel to client sites across Singapore and Johor, Malaysia.Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is preferred.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
