Responsibilities

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation / contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Intermediate proficiency in AS / 400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language) is required.
• An intermediate level of proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative application solutions.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance application performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest improvements in application development processes.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application development methodologies and best practices.
