Job Description
- Manage the overall sales and marketing activities as well as operational aspects of the Bank's high net-worth customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and to achieve sales target assigned to RCB Centre.
- Provide guidance, support and equip all the staff in RCB Centre with adequate product knowledge and selling skills.
- Build and maintain good rapport / relations with business partners, existing and potential high net-worth customers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity
Good business sense with strong negotiation and communication skills
Target-oriented and able to work independently
