Lead HR Operations : Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. Talent Acquisition : Partner with leaders to attract and hire the best talent for business needs. Employee Engagement : Build initiatives that improve company culture, engagement, and retention. Performance & Development : Drive the performance review cycle, career development programs, and training initiatives. Compensation & Benefits : Ensure competitive salary structures, manage payroll accuracy, and oversee employee benefits. Compliance & Policies : Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal HR policies, and best practices. Business Partnering : Work closely with department heads to understand their workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
