Job Description

• Product Expertise : Develop a comprehensive understanding of all MUDAH AUTO products and services. Confidently explain features, benefits, and options to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
• Lead Conversion : Turn inquiries into successful sales by acting as a motor vehicle specialist. Use your in-depth knowledge to guide customers through their purchasing journey.
• Customer Consultation : Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles that align with their lifestyle, preferences, and budget. Negotiate final sale prices to achieve a win-win outcome.
• Effective Communication : Engage with customers across multiple channels, including email, phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings, delivering a seamless and professional experience.
• Sales Support : Arrange test drives, handle necessary paperwork, and assist customers with vehicle registrations and deliveries to ensure a smooth and satisfying transaction process.
• Marketing and Outreach : Leverage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote vehicles and reach potential customers. Manage a sales database to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Recon Car Transactions : Handle transactions involving reconditioned (recon) cars with precision and care, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
