Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented pharmacy assistant to join our team. As a pharmacy assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the pharmacy environment remains clean and organized. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at the counter and over the phone.
• Answer basic customer queries regarding medications, products, and services.
• Manage stock levels, receive and unpack orders, and ensure shelves are properly stocked.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and inventory.
• Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit / debit card payments, and other payment methods.
• Ensure the pharmacy is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.
• Support pharmacy promotions and product displays.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling deliveries.
