Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. You live, love, and breathe Mobile Development. You have delivered solid solutions to complex problems and are able to provide consistent, high-quality code. To be awesome in this role you will have : Minimum 7 years of experience building and maintaining native Android apps using the Kotlin programming language Proficiency with modern Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture) and dependency injection frameworks (Hilt / Dagger / Koin) Experience with Jetpack Compose and Android Jetpack libraries (Navigation, Room, WorkManager, etc.) Strong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous and reactive programming Experience rolling out apps to the Google Play Store, including release management and app signing Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, MockK, Jetpack Compose testing) and CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or CircleCI) Attention to building secure, performant, and user-friendly apps, with a strong grasp of profiling and optimization tools Familiarity with cloud services and APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Firebase, AWS / GCP / Azure) Exposure to cross-platform development (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform) or front-end web technologies (React, TypeScript) is a plus but not required A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset with ownership of outcomes Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide teams toward high-quality deliveries What is in store for you?
