Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Performance Tester

with proven expertise in

LoadRunner (LoadRunner Enterprise – LRE)

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering performance testing services across multiple projects, with strong focus on scripting, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management. This role also involves mentoring junior resources and driving continuous improvement in performance testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end performance testing including

test design, planning, execution, analysis, and reporting

Develop and execute

LoadRunner scripts

and scenarios using LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE).

Deliver

clear, frequent performance test status updates

and reports to project stakeholders.

Coordinate with stakeholders to collect

non-functional requirements (NFRs)

and translate them into performance test cases.

Review and sign off

test strategy, test plan, and test results

with project stakeholders.

Collaborate with the

Test Governance team

to ensure compliance with testing standards, methodologies, tools, audits, and health checks.

Mentor, guide, and support junior performance testing team members.

Participate in forums and initiatives to

drive testing transformation and innovation

Apply strong

functional knowledge in software quality engineering

for web, mobile applications, and back-end integrations.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing

using LoadRunner (LoadRunner Enterprise expertise is a must).

Proven skills in

scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting

using LoadRunner.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in mentoring or guiding junior performance testing team members.

Solid understanding of

non-functional requirements gathering

and performance testing lifecycle.

Exposure to enterprise applications including

web, mobile, and backend systems

Education

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering

, or related field.

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
