Drive end-to-end business development across IT services and integrated services such as SAP, Pega, Microsoft, Cloud, Security, ServiceNow, etc.
Develop market-specific, value-led service propositions targeting key industries.
Lead the entire sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification and pursuit to proposal management and deal closure.
Collaborate with delivery and pre‑sales teams to craft tailored solutions that align with client needs.
Establish and nurture senior-level relationships, including with C‑suite stakeholders, to accelerate long-term growth.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly and annual targets.
Maintain a strong understanding of client business priorities, emerging technologies, and market trends.
Qualifications :
12+ years of total experience with at least 5 years in IT services sales.
Strong track record in hunting roles is essential.
Proven success in independently closing at least 3 deals over USD 6M+ in the past 2 years.
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to craft and lead executive conversations.
Deep understanding of Malaysia’s IT spends landscape and vertical‑specific buying patterns and understanding of IT services, IT Integrated Services and delivery models.
Commercially astute, with experience building winning proposals and ensuring revenue and margin accountability.
Capable of independently developing sub‑markets and establishing organization’s footprint in new enterprise accounts.
