Penerangan pekerjaanTo perform general administrative duties for any event and programme. To maintain a proper filing system for any related documents. To observe and comply with the internal policies, company rules and regulations all the times and to perform other duties as may be directed by The Management from time to time. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience in an engineering or technical role. Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. About the role
About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive – Engineering Officer to join our dynamic team at MILDEF INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD. As a full-time employee based in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare, organize, and maintain engineering documents, records, and reports (e.g., drawings, BOMs, test reports, design approvals).
- Prepared claim, requisition form, closing and others related to office department needed.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Ensure all documents comply with ISO or company quality management standards.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage correspondence with internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, production, and management.
- Managing employee attendance, leave processing, overtime staff, staff welfare, attire ordering, workshop consumables ordering if needed.
