Techincal Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Technician to join our growing team at Pocket Packaging Sdn Bhd. In this full-time, on-site role based in Kulai, Johor, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our packaging equipment and machinery.

What you'll be doing

• Install, maintain, and repair packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Support manufacturing staff by conveying expectations, providing training, and sharing technical progress.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration.
• Ensure smooth production activities and compliance with safety standards.

What we're looking for

Knowledge of mechanical & electrical systems; PLC knowledge is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and in a team; willing to work overtime if needed.
