About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at T&W CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SDN BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful completion of our projects .

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
  • Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project management team
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the project

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the construction team and stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with project management software and construction industry best practices
