Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Business Analyst with experience in General Insurance processes and strong requirements gathering, business logic recommendations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsible for capturing requirements, supporting UAT, and ensuring change management aligns with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops or discovery sessions with different business teams.
• Provide business logic recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Define scoping and plan detailed approaches for all business work streams with business users.
• Translate business needs into effective solutions by collaborating with technical teams.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and non-technical resources to ensure holistic and complete solutions.
• Capture detailed requirements from business users and stakeholders and document them into business specifications or use case documents for review and approval.
• Provide support and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure change management processes are adhered to and communicate changes to all relevant teams.
• Establish best-practice principles with users.
• Participate actively in all phases of the project lifecycle : planning, functional design, development, testing, user liaison, training, deployment planning and execution, and end-user support.
