Highly proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, you must have an “Advance / Expert” Revit certification. Possesses strong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team environment with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication. Good planning and organisation skills in managing modelling and drafting work. Immediate availability is advantageous.
We are seeking talented and driven candidates to join an established team working on a high-profile transportation project urgently. Your responsibilities will involve production and documentation responsibilities as part of our Global Design Center.
The following roles will initially be for a contract duration of one (1) year with a view of permanent employment subject to a performance assessment.
Job Title : Senior BIM Modeler
Responsibilities :
- Lead modelling efforts on BIM projects while supporting the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Teams in day-to-day BIM implementation activities.
- Develop 3D / 2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, coordination, clash reporting and presentations, aligned with the project LOD requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and completeness.
- Production of project output and ownership of model information.
- Maintain and update BIM models.
- Implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior BIM Modelers to ensure they are equipped to handle complex projects.
