OFFICER I

RESPONSIBILITIES :

To supervise the operation of ASN Lab (duty roster arrangement; day to day sample analysis)
Maintenance & calibration of lab equipment's
To conduct troubleshooting related to product quality and prepare the investigation report.
Provide training / briefing to QC personnel on the LTM / SOP / WI / audit findings.
To conduct non-routine test analysis; stock aging analysis and inspection on the return cargo.
Responsible for the preparation of customer sample; arrangement of the sample for external lab testing and calibration.
Responsible to verify and maintain the documentation related to IMS.
Assist in the CI project / new test method development.

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum Diploma in Science / Laboratory Technology.

Minimum 5 years working experience in quality control laboratory. Preferably

knowledge in ISO 17025.

TECHNICIAN (LAB)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

To test stream samples from plant for the purpose of process control.

To take sample & raw materials and operating chemicals for the purpose of quality control.

To take sample & test finished products during storage, packing, drumming and shipment analysis for the purpose of quality compliance.

To prepare customer samples and standard solutions.

To prepare daily record of work done, record breakage and file all charts for reference.

To practise good housekeeping and safe working practices.

To provide feedback to plant personnel via SAP, loading / unloading memos, SPDLI, SDLI and OPDM and feedback out of spec testing result to superior.

To discuss with Officer / Asst. Supervisor on suggestions or problems faced in the day-to-day operation of the laboratory.

To carry out daily activities in-line with ISO 17025 and below mentioned Quality Management System,

comply with personal hygiene and report irregularities or other non-conformance which may occur at their level of responsibilities.

To undertake any other duties as instructed by Superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS :

Minimum SPM, preferably STPM / Diploma in Science / Laboratory Technology.

Preferably 1year minimum working experience in Quality Control laboratory or chemical testing laboratory.

Prefer to have knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP Q7 & ISO 17025.
