Overview

As the Store Manager at Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores located in the Cameron Highlands region of Pahang. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits to support your growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

Managing a team of sales associates and ensuring exceptional customer service
Overseeing inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
Analysing sales data and creating strategies to drive store performance
Liaising with the regional management team to implement company policies and procedures
Identifying and addressing any operational issues or staff development needs
Fostering a positive and engaging work environment for the store team

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer electronics or gadgets industry

Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and regional management

Proficient in inventory management, data analysis, and creating sales strategies

A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
