Penerangan pekerjaan
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables, or activities to be completed
  • Identify activity owner, as well as a clear timeline and success criteria
  • Tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process
  • Holds owners accountable for their commitments and conduct project team meetings
  • Provide status updates to management and identify and resolve issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with the stated project goals
  • Manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks and expectations and ensure they are escalated or addressed in a timely manner.

    • Qualifications

    • Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
    • Strong grasp of the English language
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Project management-related certification such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent

      • Requirements

    • At least 5 years of project management experience within IT. Investment banking knowledge is a plus
    • Experience in a full cycle of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
