Penerangan pekerjaanHandle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, month-end closing) Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements Monitor cash flow and budgeting, ensuring financial health and discipline Coordinate audit, tax submission, and liaise with external consultants Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (SST, income tax, etc.) Track project costing and profitability reports Work closely with HR and Project Teams to sync financial records and documentation Support financial planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis for decision-making Continuously propose process improvements for better efficiency and control Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity in all financial data
Requirements
- Min 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting
- Solid knowledge of full set of accounts, SST, and Malaysian accounting standards
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Experience with accounting systems (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Bonus :
- Familiarity with Singapore accounting requirements
- Bonus : Experience in project / event-based accounting or creative industries
- Able to handle both strategic financials and operational tasks hands-on
