The Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager will oversee the company’s end-to‑end financial operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across accounting, reporting, and internal controls. This role is pivotal in driving financial process improvements, strengthening governance, and providing strategic support to management in decision‑making.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all financial operations functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Drive improvements in financial processes, automation, and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Monitor and manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability.

Develop and enforce strong internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and operational recommendations to management.

Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial operations and business goals.

Mentor, lead, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Partner with cross‑functional departments to align financial operations with overall business objectives.

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and corporate reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.

Minimum 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.

Proven experience in financial operations management, including cash flow, payables / receivables, etc.

Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building strong teams.

Analytical, process‑driven, and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving ability.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

High integrity, adaptability, and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
