Prepare and issue RFQ in accordance with project and customer requirements.
Prepare TGA, organize review sessions, and ensure timely closure of identified gaps.
Participate in conference calls with customers, addressing technical and project-related matters effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure projects meet predefined timelines, while monitoring and tracking actual sales pipeline progress.
Provide technical support to the Customer Management Organization (CMO) on all technical issues.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers and overseas sales offices.
Review and approve customer bonding diagrams for new programs and tooling-up activities.
Recommend BOM while analyzing and understanding customer requirements thoroughly.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to provide detailed and accurate information or responses to customers.
Manage customer technical programs, including organizing conference calls, preparing minutes of meetings, maintaining milestone charts, and ensuring on-time completion of program deliverables.
Work closely with all product groups and tooling departments to identify and propose new package designs aligned with business opportunities.
