As a sales manager, you are the critical link between the potential customer and VYNCKE to ensure inquiries can be successfully turned into project contracts. To reach that goal you work closely together with technical sales engineers and with the head of project operations. Your link between our internal organization and the customer is of strategic importance. What you sell is what we build.

YOUR FUNCTION

Analyze the customer’s needs in-depth together with the Project Sales Manager and study the different technical concepts to meet the customers’ requirements.

Prepare a detailed technical offer by consulting the internal teams (project management, design, cost engineering) and external suppliers.

Make a professional presentation of the proposal and present our offer to the customer, together with the Project Sales Manager.

Be in direct contact with the Project Sales Manager, customer, internal team, and external subcontractors.

YOUR PROFILE

Hold a degree or master’s degree in mechanical or power engineering.

Have at least 3 years of experience in technical sales.

Combine keen interest in complex engineering projects with commercial flair, integrity, and excellent communication skills.

Have good abstract and conceptual insight.

Be proactive and show perspective, precision, and drive to deliver high‑quality proposals.

Be fluent in English; additional local languages will be an advantage.
