Brader Design is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Mutiara Damansara. We help businesses grow through customized strategies, personalized services, and results-driven digital marketing solutions. From startup to scale-up, we craft content and ad campaigns for brands using creativity that sells and storytelling that sticks.

Brader Design is looking for a Video Content Creator who lives and breathes content — someone who can ideate, shoot, and edit videos that stop the scroll and make people feel something. Here's what you'll do :

  • Plan and create short-form video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Conceptualize storylines, hooks, and trends that align with brand goals.
  • Shoot and edit high-quality videos using your camera or smartphone.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and design team to bring campaigns to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with content trends, viral formats, and social algorithms.
  • Manage and organize video assets, drafts, and final deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required).
  • Skilled in tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or other essential video tools.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media engagement.
  • A creative eye for framing, lighting, and sound.
  • Passionate about ideas and always eager to experiment with new formats.
  • Bonus : Proficient in AI video tools ie. Kling, Heygen, Midjourney, Gemini, Pippit, etc.
