Penerangan pekerjaanStrong technical background with a BS or above combined with good business sense. Minimal 5 years of experience in PCBA commodity management / supply chain management Experience & knowledge of contract manufacturing management, especially for contract manufactures operation & process, including SMT and surround technology including glob top, underfill, flip chip, BGA reworking, testing, press fit, conform coating, etc. Extensive knowledge and experience in fiber optics industry and cost structure Develop commodity sourcing strategy to ensure that suppliers are capable of meeting Company's current and future technical and business requirements Manage supplier base and lead, drive all supplier development activities aggressively and lead suppliers performance review (SBR). Maintain suppliers relationship and ensure materials COS (Continuity of Supply). Working with function team to drive continuous improvements at the supply base with respect to cost reductions, lead time reduction, VMI rate, favorable payment terms, etc Sets aggressive goals and drive teams to closure and success.
