Penerangan pekerjaanStrong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. Entry-level candidates with less than 2 years of experience, including fresh graduates. Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of service. Responsible, self-motivated, adaptable to a fast-paced and agile environment. Human-first approach with high communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team during busy periods such as weekends and holidays. Digitally savvy. Decathlon invests heavily in teammate development to support career growth within the business. Your role
Key responsibilities include :
- Welcoming customers professionally and ensuring their satisfaction through effective solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout.
- Understanding technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate items.
- Developing customer relationships both in-store and online, encouraging loyalty card subscriptions.
- Promoting sports passion and helping customers discover new sports.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve departmental ambitions and boost sales using commercial tools.
- Maintaining store layout and stock accuracy according to implantation principles and guidelines.
- Enforcing safety and security standards, including fire safety and evacuation procedures.
- Participating in training and developing skills to become a trainer.
