• Knowledge of Traffic Laws : Understanding and adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
• Route Planning Skills : Ability to efficiently plan and navigate routes.
• Customer Service Skills : (if applicable) Ability to interact professionally and positively with passengers or customers.
• Communication Skills : Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with dispatchers, clients, or other stakeholders.
