Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled Manual and Automation Performance Tester . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on performance, load, and stress testing . You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and responsiveness of our applications under varying loads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for performance, functional, and regression testing.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using tools like JMeter , LoadRunner , or Gatling .
• Identify performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and system limitations; work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed performance reports and recommendations.
• Participate in test planning, estimation, and requirement review sessions.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium , TestNG , or Cypress (if applicable).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines .
• Document test strategies, procedures, and test data management processes.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, performance standards, and SLAs.
