Job Scope :

The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and academic support in the field of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at university level. The role includes :

  • Conducting lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and diploma programmes.
  • Preparing and updating lesson plans, teaching materials, and course outlines in line with programme requirements.
  • Designing, setting, and evaluating examination papers, assignments, and assessments.
  • Providing academic guidance and mentorship to students.
  • Supporting faculty-related activities, including curriculum development, programme reviews, and academic audits.
  • Participating in faculty events, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Assisting in research, consultancy, and industry engagement initiatives where applicable.
  • Willingness to participate in international teaching assignments, particularly in China, for 8–12 weeks twice per year (with additional allowance and subsidies provided).

Requirements :

  • Minimum Qualification : Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Experience : At least 2 years of teaching experience in higher education or relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in preparing teaching plans, assessment papers, and student evaluation reports.
  • Ability to contribute to faculty events, audits, and academic support activities.
  • Willingness to travel and be deployed internationally for teaching and collaboration programmes.
  • Membership in professional bodies (e.g., CILT, or other logistics and supply chain associations) will be an added advantage.
  • Able to report to work immediately.

    Pay : RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
