Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance).
• Address guest requests, process operational needs, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area to guests.
