Overview

Manager, Human Resources Business Partner HRBP — The incumbent will work closely to support all human resources business partnering matters globally, including driving the full spectrum of HR functions such as talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement and development across all regions. This position collaborates with regional and country HR on global HR matters, initiatives, and their implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated units, ensuring clear goals.
  • Provide HR guidance and handle complex employee relations cases through thorough and objective investigations.
  • Partner with HR COE to implement HQ initiatives, policies, and best practices, ensuring relevance and compliance.
  • Develop strategies to retain top talent through improved workplace communication, recognition programs, and engagement activities.
  • Work closely with management and employees to strengthen relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Monitor legal updates and compliance, propose internal control standards, and manage documentation for policy and process changes.
  • Maintain communication between executives, employees, and department managers to foster collaboration.
  • Support global HR programs, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Consolidate monthly HR reports for C-Suite review.
  • Manage corporate HR announcements and oversee office discipline.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sizable organizations, preferably with regional or global exposure.
  • People-focused professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for process improvement.
  • Skilled in analyzing global regulations and navigating foreign employment markets.
  • Independent, self-motivated communicator with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and networking abilities, fostering multicultural relationships.
  • Positive mindset, problem-solving expertise, and adaptability with a focus on learning.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
