Overview
The Mortgage Sales Consultant will proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals, and help them choose suitable mortgage products and solutions. You will guide clients through the mortgage application and approval process, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and property goals
- Evaluate customer financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products and solutions
- Guide customers through the entire mortgage application and approval process
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other referral partners
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products and features
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients
