Job Description Summary
To support the successful delivery of ERM proposals and projects in line with our vision, values and our strategic imperatives by :
- Adhering to all ERM and client requirements, specifically those related to H&S and governance
- Identifying opportunities for evolving services in line with client needs
- Identifying follow‑on sales opportunities in respect of designated projects
- Contributing to achieving sales target by supporting Account Management team and BUs
Project Management Focus
Manage and successfully deliver large, complex, and / or multidisciplinary projects and / or specific deliverables or phases of work on larger, more complex or higher‑complexity programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects focused on creating and implementing sustainable operations strategies, with a particular emphasis on Health & Safety, EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) management systems, EHS Compliance Audits, EHS Due‑diligence, water management, and waste management.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique HSE challenges and HSE / sustainability goals, providing expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.Drive commercial objectives and lead sales development, client outreach, driving revenue growth and achieving business targets.Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems / compliance programs for clients across various industries.Lead EHS audit programs and assessments to identify areas for improvement in EHS practices and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Provide strategic guidance to clients in the integration of EHS management into their overall business operations.Lead in nurturing relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.Lead maintaining robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities.Lead new Go‑To‑Market plans for Sustainable Operations team covering decarbonization, circular economy, monitoring, reporting and verification service.Lead business development efforts, contributing to proposals, presentations, and client engagement to secure new projects and expand existing partnerships.Lead implementation of data‑driven solutions, leveraging advanced digital tools and technologies to optimize and improve environmental and operational performance.Key Requirements
Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Chemistry, Engineering, or related discipline.Bring 15 years of robust experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, including thorough EHS compliance audits and effective waste management strategies. Demonstrated success in asset or facility‑level EHS initiatives is essential.Track record of delivering successful sustainability and EHS projects across diverse global markets, working with multinational clients to navigate complex regulatory environments and implement sustainable strategies.Exhibit a strong grasp of sustainability frameworks, greenhouse gas inventories, and the principles of a circular economy.Proven ability to lead diverse, cross‑functional teams and adeptly manage intricate projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes.Experience as an Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO Management Systems, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001 with additional external certification as an asset.Demonstrated expertise in program management, showcasing engagement with global clients and collaboration with subcontractors and digital partners.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage clients at senior levels.A passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental change.Comfortable working with a global team across time zones.Who We Are
