What You'll Do :

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements

Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance matters

Ensure regulatory compliance across all business operations

Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions

Manage litigation matters and work with external counsel

Conduct legal risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

What We're Looking For :

Law degree with valid practicing certificate

3-5 years of corporate legal experience

Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate and commercial law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience in contract negotiation and drafting
