Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document organization, and scheduling. Assist with the creation of invoices, quotations, and receipts. Support accounting functions such as recording daily transactions (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable). Ensure the maintenance of precise and organized financial records. Oversee internal and external communications (phone calls, emails, in-person inquiries). Compile basic reports for management as needed.
