Key Accountabilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and challenges related to our HR systems.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients concerning our HR system and services.
  • Handle and respond to client feedback, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Record and document client feedback and system issues accurately.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and resolutions.
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with the IT team to plan and initiate HR system projects with clients.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with both internal and client requirements.
  • Document all system requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee data migration processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.

Skills, Experience And Qualifications

  • Recognised University Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
  • At least 4‑5 years of experience in a customer support role with at least 1 year of experience using HR systems.
  • Proven experience in customer support, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR systems and services is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in documenting system requirements and processes.
  • Experience in data migration is a plus.
  • Accurate and detail‑oriented in all tasks.
  • Works well with others and independently when needed.
  • Willing to explore and expand knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Willing to work based on the client’s business days and office hours.
