Software Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing control systems for our autonomous vehicle. Daily tasks will include process control, motion control, and working with robotics. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal performance of autonomous driving software.

Qualifications

• Strong modern C++ and Python programming
• University degree in robotics, control systems or related field
• Experience in building real time systems for robotics or autonomy
• Good understanding of computer science fundamentals : operating systems, data structures, algorithm design, etc.
• Experience in building visualisation tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in machine learning is a plus
• Prior experience in the automotive or autonomous driving industry is a plus
